Dr. Christine Harris, Senior Associate

Christine Harris is a management consultant, assessment specialist and leadership development coach with over 25 years' experience coaching and consulting in the United States and Europe. Her interventions enable executives, teams and organizations to: clarify and commit to their visions, identify their strengths, assess their performance, and develop the strategies, processes and behaviors required to realize their inherent excellence. She uses her expertise in adult development, transformative and action learning to train and build collaborative management and work teams, and to design and implement change management strategies.

Christine's coaching focuses on enhancing individuals' awareness and career satisfaction and on improving their interpersonal, group-process, and leadership skills. Using assessments and multi level feedback, she works with her clients to establish clear baseline metrics, goals, and improvement strategies they can use to achieve desired results. Her coaching reflects strong systems analysis and diagnostic skills, conceptual models of what constitutes effectiveness, and skill at facilitating learning. Her client list includes The Red Cross, Pfizer, Shure Brothers, the National Council on Library Resources, the National Engineering Foundation, Public Service Electric and Gas, Burroughs Wellcome and Howard Hughes Medical Institute scientific awardees, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Eaton Electrical, One Beacon Professional Partners, and several health-care, educational and service organizations.

Christine was an internal organizational effectiveness consultant at AT&T Bell Laboratories, and a Senior Consultant at Rath & Strong. She holds a doctorate from Harvard University in Adult Development and Transformative Learning and a Master's degree, also from Harvard, focused on organizational and group behavior. Christine has taught leadership, effective communication and consulting skills at the Caroll School of Management, Wharton's Global Leadership and Teamwork program, Columbia Teacher's College and several American and European Consulting firms. She currently serves as a Master Coach at the Massachusetts School for Professional Psychology.

When she is not working, Christine loves spending time with her 6-year-old daughter, working in her family's garden and singing in a local rock and roll garage band.

Christine is a Senior Associate at Deep Customer Connections.
