Dennis Attenello, Senior Associate
Dennis’ results-based engagements range from designing individual coaching interventions to directing large-scale quality and productivity improvement efforts. He specializes in helping organizations and their leaders achieve their full potential. His collaborative approach to strategic thinking and planning, process design, and change management has helped executives and their associates improve both their individual competencies and their teams’ collective work practices.
He has worked with more than one hundred businesses across a broad spectrum of public and private companies including Liberty Mutual, Bank of America, AXA Financial, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Computershare, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, University of Dayton, Educational Testing Service, Principal Mutual Group, and Citibank among others.
Dennis served as Managing Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ strategic Change Management practice. His responsibilities included designing, directing, and facilitating major client engagements that integrated change management concepts, methods and tools with a structured approach to process improvement. He also served as Vice President of Roy Walters & Associates, Inc., a firm that pioneered the development and application of large-scale business process redesign.
Dennis’ articles on effective organizational change and team-based quality improvement have been published in Six Sigma Forum Magazine, National Productivity Review, TMA Journal, Bank Personnel News, and Insurance Advocate. A member of the American Society for Quality and the Institute of Management Consultancy, he is the co-author of Reengineering for Results: A Step-By-Step Guide, published by Quality Resources.
When he’s not working Dennis enjoys sea kayaking, book collecting, and spending time with his new grandson.
