    Nort Salz Presented to CPCU Chapter, February 2009

    The Central Massachusetts Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) chapter featured Nort Salz as guest speaker at it's February, 2009 meeting. Nort's presentation focused on the importance of making it easier for agents to do business with carriers, presented a model that articulates the factors of the carrier-agent working relationship, and discussed ideas for how to strengthen those relationships to everyone's benefit.
