37,256 independent agents and brokers have responded to Deep Customer Connections’ Survey since 2003. 83% “strongly agree” and 16% “agree” that how easy it is to do business with a carrier is critical to their decision about which carrier to place business with. At the same time, 6,948 carrier executives and other employees also completed the survey, with very similar results; 99.1% strongly agree or agree that how easy it is for their agents to place business with them is critical to the buying decision.
In addition to confirming the Deep Customer Connections’ business proposition—“if you make it easier for your agents to write more business with you, they will”—the agents and brokers provided 163,815 ratings of nearly 300 carriers across North America. This wealth of information has enabled many carriers to strengthen their working relationships with agents and brokers and thereby gain more business.
