Rob has broad and deep experience leading and consulting across several industries and cultures.   His consulting focuses on executive coaching and on helping teams and individuals make difficult decisions.   He has lived and worked in eight countries on four continents, and draws from this broad, multi-cultural background to help clients find opportunity in tough situations.   Rob has worked in the financial services, electronics, high tech, manufacturing, automotive and food industries.
  

After graduating from the school of infantry, Rob served as an officer in the King's African Rifles and the SAS.   He has worked as a stock and insurance broker and has owned and operated businesses in the petroleum, food, consulting and printing fields in the UK, Canada and the US.   Rob was Vice President at Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group from 1996-2000 and later served as the CEO of a small software development company with offices in Rotterdam, London, and Boston.

Rob operates his own firm which has provided coaching and consulting to a broad range of companies including: Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Rockwell, Cirrus, McDonalds, IBM, Ford, and Eaton.

Rob is the author of the book "Is This The Last Safari?" and is a Senior Associate at Deep Customer Connections, Inc.
